Who is this appropriate for?

Our concierge medicine program is perfect for patients who are looking for exceptional care combined with a level of service not generally available in traditional practices. Patients who should consider joining include those who manage chronic health conditions, see multiple specialists and need more care coordination and patient advocacy. Busy people also join for the many conveniences membership offers, like appointments that start on time, or the ability to telemedicine rather than come in and be seen. Patients who prefer to always be seen by their chosen physician for care, rather than whichever practitioner is available, also benefit from membership.

Am I too young for this program?

Patients of any age can benefit from our concierge medicine program. Some of our members are as young as their 20s, others are in their senior years.

Is there a discount for family membership?

Yes. Depending on their age, children of members may be eligible for complimentary membership.

How much is the program?

We strive to keep our program affordable,  and our prices compare favorably with other concierge  practices. The children of members  with ages up to 26 have a complimentary membership.  Please call to get detailed information on pricing.

Can I pay in installments?

There are a number of flexible payment plans to meet your needs. Your membership can be paid in full, semi-annually, quarterly or even monthly by credit card, debit card, check, or direct payment from your bank. Our goal is to make participation as convenient and comfortable as possible.

Can I change how I make payments?

You can change your payment schedule and method of payment at any time by simply calling the Concierge Choice Physicians customer service line.

What if I want to cancel?

Concierge members sign an annual contract but may cancel at any time. Refunds are determined by the status of your comprehensive screening physical.

How much of this is paid by insurance or Medicare?

There is an annual fee for this service that is generally not covered by your insurances.
